By 1994, the business had moved into its current premises in Bayswater, Victoria and was steadily building a reputation within the residential construction industry. From early on, Tarosa worked closely with builders across Victoria, becoming a trusted partner on projects of all sizes.

As the business grew, so did the team around it. What started as a small operation evolved into a multi-generational business, with family members working side by side and contributing to its continued development over the years. That sense of ownership and pride in the work has remained a constant.

In 2005, Tarosa expanded its operations by opening a second factory at its existing site, allowing the business to begin manufacturing custom wrought iron balustrade and steel components in-house. This marked a significant step forward, enabling greater control over quality and the ability to deliver more complete, integrated solutions across a wide range of residential builds.

Today, custom staircases remain at the core of our business, supported by high-quality balustrading designed to complement each project.

Over the years, Tarosa has contributed to thousands of homes and partnered with leading builders including JG King, Metricon, Glenvill, Porter Davis, Ravida, AHB, SJD Homes, and many others.
